Christmas is a time where the whole family are together and enjoy the gift of life. Being together as one and enjoying the day together. To me, it is just another fucking day from now on. This year was possibly the worst year that I have endured and it is still not over!!!

Let me get you up to speed with what I have to say in regards to why this is the worst Christmas ever! Christmas Eve, myself, my brother, and my mother were together enjoy the night away. My dad, was just being his same old self, a bit worst then normal. Laying on the couch and just being upset. My mother and my brother wanted to see if they could go get some DVDs from Blockbuster and they told me to take a look if they are open. Of course, I was playing a game on my computer at the time and I said that they most likely were closed because it was Christmas Eve.

My brother to a certain point annoyed me to get me to get on the Blockbuster website and I looked for the closest Blockbuster or its hours. I found one that said it was open until 11:30pm during the week. So myself, my brother, and my mother we all went to Blockbuster to rent some movies. When we came back, one of the cars that my dad owes was gone and so was he. He didn't come back for Christmas day around midnight. He came around 2 in the afternoon and started grabbing his stuff.

I was in my room, on the computer doing some stuff when my mom came in and told me that my dad was packing up and leaving. My heart for some reason was starting to race and I was somewhat unstable for a minute or so. (Not crying or anything, because I loathe my father now). He didn't say goodbye to us, he just left. My brother was the only one clueless about what happened, he was watching some Star Wars film that he rented. Like I said above, this is possibly the worst Christmas that I ever had.

When, my mom told my brother about what happened with our dad (my brother is more attached to my dad than my mom or something like that) and he started to cry. We comforted him and tried our best to keep him from crying. When my mom told me to look online for divorce information and stuff, my brother started to cry even harder, this was the first time in all my life that I have lived with my brother to hear him cry in that way. I became very upset at that point at my father, he has left behind a family, for what? Just because he couldn't take it anymore? Because he was miserable? I don't even fucking know.

I am just glad that I am matured to a point that I can father my brother in some sense and now I have to plan myself in a better way to support my mom so that it won't be to hard for her to deal with us in regards to school and so on.
